Consular process

SERVICE PRICE: $2,500 per person, $1,500 for each additional family member

GOVERNMENT FEE: $ Contact us – the first step and $265 – the second step, per person (government fee can be changed at the time of submission)

SERVICE INCLUDES:

1. Filling out Petitioner's forms – the first step and the second step - Filling out Application of an Immigrant,
affidavit of the petitioner.
2. Creation of an online USCIS account (if necessary); Work in the customer’s online account on the website of the Consular
Center for Electronic Applications – CEAC.
3. Translation of documents required by the USCIS requirement into Russian, Ukrainian, English. (Translation into other
languages is done independently; Translation of additional documents is paid separately. See the Translation page).
4. Formation and inventory of a package of documents based on the data provided by the client.
5. Checking the package according to USCIS and CEAC instructions.
