Employment-based immigration

SERVICE PRICE: start from $7,000 - 9,000 per person, $(should be discussed) for each additional applicant

GOVERNMENT FEE: $700, $1,225 per person (government fee can be changed at the time of submission)

THE SERVICE INCLUDES:

1. Filling out forms G-1145, Sponsor's petition, Immigrant's application, Work Permit and Social number, Exit and
entry permit, Immigration doctor's form and others, G-1450 (if necessary).
2. Creation of an online USCIS account (if necessary).
3. Translation of documents required by the USCIS requirement into Russian, Ukrainian, English. (Translation into other languages must be done independently by the customer; Translation of additional documents is paid separately. See the Translation page).
4. Formation and inventory of a package of documents based on the data provided by the client.
5. Checking the package according to USCIS instructions
