1. Creating an online USCIS account (if necessary).
2. Filling out a Petitioner’s formы - petition, information about spouse*, change of immigrant status, work permit and social security number, sponsor's affidavit, travel authorization document, electronic notification.
3. Completion and Translation of mandatory documents, according to the USCIS requirement, into English, Russian, Ukrainian. (Translation into other languages is done independently; Translation of additional documents is paid separately. See the Translation page).
4. Formation and inventory of a package of documents based on the data provided.
5. Checking the package according to USCIS instructions
